Introduction
Máté Szieberth joined the institute as a PhD student in 2000 after his graduation at the BME as engineer physicist specialized in nuclear technology. Presently, as an associate professor, he is in charge with education, research and supervising students in the field of reactor physics calculations and experiments and Monte Carlo methods. His major research areas are the fuel cycle of Generation IV reactors and the measurement methods of subcritical reactivity.
