Ildikó Boros
lecturer
Department of Nuclear Techniques
Introduction
Ildikó graduated from the Institute of Nuclear Techniques in 2001 as an engineering physicist. After graduating she was engaged in performing three-dimensional Computational Fluid Dynamics simulation in the NTI, primarily investigating coolant mixing in the Reactor Pressure Vessel of the VVER-440 type PWR with the help of the CFX code. Later the technology and safety of advanced (Generation III) reactor designs came into her field of interest. Beside these fields she is concerned with the communication of nuclear technology and public acceptance and awareness as well.
